What can you do to get through Christmas better this year?
Christmas is a busiest time of the year for some many of us. All the drinks and parties, all the preparation, all the excitement, all the stress and worry that many come with this very special time of the year.
But it doesn’t have to end up with you burning out and crashing at the end of it.
I know that you will unlikely to do anything about your sleep issues in the lead-up to Christmas. I completely understand it, it can be just too much to handle all at once.
If you only do one thing: I would strongly suggest keeping your body nourished. Having a good breakfast and lunch will help you indulge less in the evenings and will provide you with more energy during the day too.
And it will also help because you will likely to eat less for dinner which helps you to get to sleep easier because your body isn’t so busy digesting late in the evening.
