During my talk at SOMNEX | The Sleep Show in October, we talked about how people with insomnia and other sleep problems feel when waking up in the morning after yet ANOTHER sleepless night.
I love asking questions when I am presenting a workshop or seminar, because it really helps people to makes sense of all the information and relate to their own situation.
At the end of the day, we all have a slightly different experience with out sleep every day.
Just because I ask, someone might tell me that they have 12 alarms set up for the morning, just to get out of bed (one example form the video below), it helps me to start helping them where they need the most!
When it comes to sleep and sleep problems like insomnia, we all hear so many often contradicting information that may not even make sense to you and me.
It really isn’ rocket science… start asking better questions, so you can overcome the sleep problems you are experiencing.
